Nutrition has become extremely confusing.

Eat salmon- you need omega-3s for brain and heart health. But not farm-raised salmon. They feed those salmon corn and soy so they’re actually higher in pro-inflammatory omega-6’s. But not wild salmon because commercial fishing practices are inhumane and unethical.

Eat eggs- they are a good source of nutrients and protein. But not too many or you will get high cholesterol and die from a heart attach. And they have to be from pasture raised hens who have adequate exposure to grass, insects, sunlight and organic hen food. Which means each egg is approximately $10.

Eat organic fruits and vegetables to avoid pesticide exposure. But wait- organic produce can still be sprayed with organic pesticides. What is in organic pesticides?

Don’t eat or drink anything out of a plastic container to avoid exposure to microplastics which will lodge in your brain and other organs and derange your hormones.

Also don’t eat or drink anything out of paper containers because most are lined with BPA-containing coating. BPA also
